Thermostat Installation and Programming

I’m very happy with my recent HVAC installation. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional. The installation team was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain the work and answer all of my questions. The installation was completed neatly, and they made sure everything was properly tested and working before they left. I especially appreciated their professionalism and willingness to make sure I was comfortable with the system and understood how everything works. They also cleaned up the work area after completing the installation. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the installation and the service I received. I would definitely recommend this HVAC company to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and quality HVAC installation.

Kevin installed a mini split and moved exhaust pipes in my basement. He was extremely courteous and professional. He was on time and took the time to explain how the split worked. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend this business.

I cannot say enough good things about Supreme HVAC and Service LLC. We were in a really difficult situation — our boiler and water heater both failed at the same time, leaving our entire household with no hot water and a flooding basement. We had already put a deposit down with another company but couldn't wait nearly 3 weeks without a functioning shower. Supreme HVAC came out immediately, gave us a fair and detailed estimate, and had the entire job completed in just 2 days. The installation looks incredibly professional — all new copper piping, expansion tank, the works. The price was also $2,500 less than the competing quote we received. What really stood out was the responsiveness and understanding during a genuinely stressful emergency situation. They treated us like a priority when we really needed it. Hot water restored, basement dry, and heading into a new semester stress free. Highly recommend Supreme HVAC to anyone in the Schenectady area — especially if you need someone reliable who actually shows up when they say they will.

Great experience and work done by Supreme HVAC. Very reasonable price, professional, and completed the installation of a furnace and hot water heater leaving zero mess. My girlfriend and I compared prices and reviews and made the right decision going with Supreme HVAC. Highly recommend!

I have had Supreme HVAC for 2 heating installations. I definitely give them 5 stars. Their work is excellent and they are great to work with. I don’t think I have ever had a company who work any harder. I would highly recommend them!

Kevin and his team were excellent to work with from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. Kevin came out to inspect my existing system and replaced my AC condenser, plenum, humidifier, and return for a very fair price. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they clearly didn't cut corners. The tubing was run through PVC, giving everything a clean, professional appearance. From the initial quote to the completed installation, the entire process took only three weeks. I highly recommend Kevin and his team for anyone looking for quality HVAC work at a fair price.

Building our addition was a much bigger undertaking than most people realize, involving a large multidisciplinary team of contractors, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall, finish carpentry, and more. Throughout the entire process, Kevin and his team did an outstanding job coordinating with everyone involved and keeping the project moving forward. What impressed me most was their professionalism and ability to work through challenges that naturally come up during a complex build. At one point, HVAC ductwork needed to be installed after portions of the framing and insulation work were already completed. This required extra care and precision to route the ductwork through tight spaces without compromising the insulation or the home's energy efficiency. Kevin's team handled it skillfully and worked closely with the other trades to make sure everything was done correctly. Construction projects of this size depend on communication, organization, and teamwork, and Kevin consistently demonstrated all three. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to quality throughout the project. It's clear that he understands how all the moving parts of a build fit together and works hard to ensure the final product meets high standards. We are very pleased with the finished addition and grateful for the effort Kevin and his team put into making it happen. I would gladly recommend them to anyone considering a major renovation or addition project. And we will be securing a service contract with Kevin and team at Supreme HVAC

Kevin and his team are wonderful, honest, caring, and kind. You can't go wrong getting Kevin to service your heating/cooling system. I recommend him 100%.

Kevin and Supreme HVAC were outstanding when it came to price and to service I have already recommended them to two friends and will continue to recommend them to people with HVAC needs.

Known Kevin for years and he is a man of his word. The quality of his work was top notch. I would recommend Supreme to anyone looking to get HVAC work done in the capital region.

Kevin does great work. He explained how the issues happened with my heating and scheduled me asap to get it replaced. A professional install and made sure no debris was left behind. I highly recommend him because his communication is what made this an easy process for me.

Kevin and his staff are excellent. Every time my family and I needed an HVAC service we contacted Kevin no questions asked. He would answer anytime day or night, really Professional and willing to walk us through the entire process. Highly recommended! Thank you Kevin!

Kevin clearly communicated every part of what the project would entail: from first conversation to estimate to scheduling and throughout the furnace install. He and his crew were knowledgeable and professional in every way; they completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up beautifully. I will look forward to Kevin’s expertise with future work!

Kevin and his team were exceptional with installing a new boiler and troubleshooting existing heating problems in my home. They were on time, efficient, clean, communicative and respectful of my home and myself. 100% positive experience

They did a good job installing the equipment. My only minor complaint was that they didn't clean up the wood chips and sawdust after drilling through the joists in my basement.

Supreme Heating and Cooling just finished installing a new heating and cooling system in our home. The whole process from start to finish was very professional and thorough. They were very competitive on price and executed the project efficiently. I would recommend them for your next project.

Kevin and his team were great. They arrived on time. Excellent communication and installation of Lennox furnace . They efficiently removed the old furnace and replaced it with new. Pricing was fair. I highly recommend.

The team serviced our boiler and repaired a few radiator valves that had started to leak. quality of the work is extremely high and the technicians were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’ll be using no other company from now on.
